MARATHON ON – Sunday November 4, 2012 the Marathon Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to a residence in relation to a disturbance. After a brief investigation, the OPP arrested and charged a male from Marathon with several criminal offences stemming from altercations over the past several months.
Harry Thomas OLIVE, 21 years old, from Marathon ON, has been charged with the following offences:
- Assault (x5)
- Assault Causing Bodily Harm
- Mischief Under $5000
- Mischief- Domestic related (x2)
The accused was remanded into custody awaiting a court date.
