RED ROCK Marina Construction – UPDATE
RED ROCK, ON – The construction of the Red Rock Marina building is progressing well. Sub-contractors have been preparing this building throughout the summer. It is our intention to have a construction completion date for the end of October 2012.
CONTRACTORS WORK PROGRESSION
Red Rock Local Construction Crew
The local construction crew consists of 9 employees and one Site Construction Manager. The work performed is ongoing with a progression of work as follows:
- Interior wall framing, 100% completed
- Exterior walls, roof, gable ends and mechanical mezzanine, 100% completed
- Drywall and interior insulating, 70% completed
- Window installation, 60% completed
- Door frames, doors and door glass installation, 40% completed
- Interior painting to start the week of August 27/12

Phase Three
- TP-06 Doors and Frames – (Quality Door) (70% completed)
- TP-09 Misc Metals – (Jet Welding) (100% completed)

- NORTEC Drywall Systems (70% completed drywall finishing)
