GERALDTON, ON – September 6th 2012 at 11:46pm members of the Greenstone Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on a motor vehicle on Main St. in the town of Geraldton. As a result of the stop and further investigation the driver of the vehicle, 42 year old Victor MARSZOWSKI was arrested and charged with impaired driving. He was later released on a Promise to Appear with a court date in Geraldton of October 18th 2012.
