WAWA, ON – August 29, 2012 at 4:50 pm the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Superior East Wawa Detachment were dispatched to a single motor vehicle rollover on the Golf Course Road. The 2001 Ford Explorer was driven up the grassy hill on the north side of the roadway. As a result it rolled down to the bottom and landed on its wheels. The 21 year old male driver of Wawa was charged under the Trespass to Property Act with Engage in Prohibited Activity on Premises. Both the driver and passenger were uninjured in the rollover.
