Please be advised that the Main Volume of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) Report for the proposed Marathon PGM-Cu Project has been submitted by Stillwater Canada Inc. to the Marathon Joint Review Panel. The Main Volume of the Report has been posted to the public registry and is available at the following link: http://www.ceaa-acee.gc.ca/050/document-eng.cfm?document=57673.
As outlined in the Joint Review Panel’s letter of June 20, 2012, the Panel will not begin the public comment period on the EIS until all the supporting technical documents have been received and hardcopies are made available in the public viewing locations. At that time, the Panel will issue a public notice advising of the start of the public comment period.
Interested parties are encouraged to begin their review of the Main Volume of the EIS Report during this interim period.
