WAWA, ON – May 3rd, 2012 the Ontario Provincial Police Superior East Wawa Detachment responded to a domestic disturbance complaint. As a result of the investigation a 38 year old local male was arrested and charged with following offences;
- Utter Threat to Cause Death or Bodily Harm
- Fail to Comply with Undertaking before an Officer in Charge – 2 counts
The accused has been transported to Sault Ste Marie to appear in Bail Court this date. No names will be released in this matter in order to protect the identity of the victim.
