Special Events at Kiwissa This Saturday + Hours Ammended
MANITOUWADGE, ON – This week, Kiwissa Ski Centre Manager Dave Young announced ammended hours for the remainder of the season at Manitouwadge’s hill. The Kiwissa Ski Centre’s Friday evening ski will continue to be from 6pm to 9pm however, Saturdays and Sundays will now see the hill open from Noon to 5pm.
Young was also excited to welcome skiers and snowboarders to come out and enjoy some special events being held at the centre this Saturday, March 10th. Saturday is FREE HOT DOG DAY from Noon to 5pm while the Adult’s Night Ski which had to be cancelled last weekend due to severe weather conditions will be held Saturday evening from 7pm to 11pm with the lifts operating from 8pm – 11pm.
In spite of rain yesterday, the hill continues to have enough snow to enjoy a great evening or day of skiing or snowboarding and will be open through the March Break.
