Pyjama Day fun at MPS. Photo MPS
MANITOUWADGE, ON – This week our students went from running around in their pyjamas during the daytime to being very sophisticated in the evening. We enjoyed a pajama theme day with Spiderman, princesses and just plain comfy attire in plain view all around the school that day. However, in the evening students put on their more serious hats and sponsored a Student Led Conference with their parents. This was an opportunity for the students to share with their parents what they have learned as well as review their learning goals and next steps.
This gives the students an opportunity to take ownership of their learning. Our students and staff were very pleased with the positive parent participation for the evening. Thank you to all the parents who took the time to pass along their positive comments to our staff.
