MANITOUWADGE, ON – Manitouwadge is a full-service community located north of Lake Superior, in the center of Ontario— midway between Sault Ste. Marie and Thunder Bay.
The Township of Manitouwadge is advertising a Request For Proposal (RFP) for the property previously called the Zero 100 Motel (aka Manitouwadge Motor Hotel). The former Motel was the only hotel in the community and has been empty since 2007. The Township of Manitouwadge is hoping to find an investor that would appreciate living in the small community that offers all the amenities of a large city and also provides an opportunity for the investor to take advantage of our winter and summer tourism and resource industry.
