The countdown to Christmas continues and the BIG Movie Titles continue to roll in providing movie lovers with plenty of ideal gift ideas! This week is no exception! There are only 6 titles in total, but this week it’s the quality that counts and not the quantity! This week’s titles truly offer something for everyone. Let’s have a look at each title in detail;
NEW RELEASES (Movies)
Rise of the Planet of the Apes: starring James Franco and John Lithgow– A man uses Chimpanzees as test objects for an experimental drug that he hopes will cure Alzheimer’s. It is soon after discovered that the drug dramatically increases levels of intelligence in one Chimp named Caesar. After being captured by Animal Control, Caesar uses his intelligence to attempt to lead a major escape at the Monkey Confinement Facility. (Sci-Fi/Action) (DVD and Blu-Ray)
Kung Fu Panda 2: Featuring the Voices of Jack Black, Angelina Jolie, Dustin Hoffman and more– Po the Panda joins forces with a group of new kung-fu masters to take on an old enemy with a deadly new weapon. (Family/Animated) (DVD, Blu-Ray and 3D Blu-Ray)
Fright Night: A young man is terrified to discover that his mysterious new neighbour is a Vampire! After enlisting the help of a Vegas Vampire Slayer, he must now protect his Mother and Girlfriend from the blood-sucking neighbour! (Horror) (DVD, Blu-Ray and 3D Blu-Ray )
13: starring Jason Statham, Mickey Rourke and Ray Winstone– A young man assumes the identity of a dead man only to find himself embroiled in an underground world of power and violence where men gamble behind closed doors on the lives of other men. (Action) (DVD and Blu-Ray)
Tanner Hall: starring Rooney Mara and Brie Larson– The story of the coming-of-age of four young ladies attending a private all-girls boarding school in New England. (Drama) (DVD)
