Anthony Friedrich, Economic Development Officer Township of Manitouwadge
MANITOUWADGE, ON – The Corporation of the Township of Manitouwadge is pleased to announce that Mr. Anthony Friedrich is the successful candidate to fill the position of Economic Development Officer, starting Monday November 28, 2011.
Mr Friedrich brings with him experience in the Economic Development field. He has held the position of Community Development Officer for the Township of Schreiber since 2006. He is involvd with the Economic Development Council of Ontario as the Chair of Regional Research Project Subcommittee for Skills Development, Secretary on the Board of Diretors of the Northern Ontairo Development Network and Vice-Chairperson of the Northern Ontario Bio-Economy Corporation.
He is a former entrepreneur and understands the challenges which businesses face in today’s economic downturn.
The Corporation of the Township of Manitouwadge welcomes Mr.Friedrich to the community and we look forward to working with him.
