Legion Branch 242 President Ron Sheppard leads the 2010 Remembrance Day parade in Manitouwadge.
Remembrance Day
MANITOUWADGE, ON – The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 242 will lead a parade which begins in front of KG’s Lounge, continues to Cenotaph where a wreath is laid at Cenotaph before everyone continues to the Recreation Centre Auditorium for the laying of wreaths and Remembrance Day Ceremony. Those participating in parade should meet at 10:30am in front of KG’s Bar & Lounge; ceremony at Recreation Centre Auditorium begins at 10:50am.
Everyone is welcome to join us as we pause to remember and lay wreaths in honour of those lost. After the ceremony, come to the Down Under Lounge (lower level of KG’s Bar & Lounge) for donuts and refreshments.

HORNEPAYNE at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 194 beginning at 10 am.
TERRACE BAY Royal Canadian Legion Branch 223 Remembrance Day Ceremony at Cenotaph beginning at 10:50am. Wreath presenters and parade participants please meet at Curling Club by 10:30 am.
