OTTAWA, ON – Marcel DeMars received his 20 year Peace Officer Exemplary Service Medal from MNR Enforcement Branch director Lois Deacon at a ceremony September 25, 2011. Marcel has been a Conservation Officer in Manitouwadge since 1990 where he lives with his wife who is the Principal at local elementary school École Publique Franco-Manitou.
