Charges Laid
GERALDTON, ON – August 2, 2011, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Greenstone Detachment charged three youths in relation to the many businesses and homes that had been tagged in Geraldton with graffiti over the weekend.
The youths, 13, 14 and 16 years of age have all been arrested and charged with 14 counts of Mischief Under $5000. They were all released on a Promise to Appear. As per the Youth Criminal Justice Act the youths cannot be identified.
