GREENSTONE, ON – July 30, 2011 at 8:43pm members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Greenstone Detachment were dispatched to a single motor vehicle collision involving an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) on Camp 25 Road. The 16 year old female driver of the ATV was reported to be unresponsive.
When police arrived on scene CPR was being administered. Police continued CPR until paramedics arrived.
Arlynne HOLYER of St. Catharines, Ontario was pronounced deceased at the scene. A post-mortem exam was scheduled for August 2 in Thunder Bay.
The investigation is still ongoing.
