– Passed away suddenly at the Lady Dunn Hospital (Wawa) on Monday May 23, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Victor Imbeault. Loving mother of Maurice Lavigne (Linda), Lilliane Lavigne, Lucille Germain (Don) and Lina Imbeault (Ernest). Cherished grandmother of Michael (Nathalie), Lynn, Josée, Serge, John, Tim (Erin), Stella, Eric (Jessica) and Lona (Kevin). Great grandmother of 15 and step grandmother and great grandmother of many. Dear daughter of the late Floristine & Xavier Genest. Rita was the youngest of her six siblings and was predeceased by all of them. She will be remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit at the P.M. Gilmartin Funeral Home on Thursday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. A memorial service will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday May 27, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Christopher Ezeonyemalu officiating. Interment of ashes at Woodland Cemetery.
Memorial donations made to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
