VANCOUVER, BC – Entourage Metals Ltd. (TSX-V: EMT) (the “Company”) announces that it has agreed to complete a non-brokered private placement of 1,550,000 common shares at a price of $0.65 per share for proceeds of $1,007,500. The private placement is subject to acceptance for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange.

Kinross Gold Corporation has subscribed for all 1,550,000 shares, which represents approximately 6.9% of the Company’s issued and outstanding shares.

The Company intends to use proceeds from the private placement to advance the Company’s projects in Ontario, and for general working capital.

Entourage Metals has active mineral projects in the Hemlo Greenstone Belt in Ontario.
