Marathon, ON – Friday, April 15^th will be a day of wizardry and Hogwarts at Crossover Video and Games, when the highly anticipated Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Part 1) is released on DVD and Blu-Ray. Customers who rent or purchase the new Harry Potter movie will receive a collectible Harry Potter button! Along with Harry Potter, ten other titles hit the shelves at Crossover Video and Games this week! Let’s take a look at each title in detail;

Country Strong: starring Gwyneth Paltrow and Tim McGraw- A country music star, straight out of rehab, tries to resurrect her career with the help of her new love- a young up and coming music star. (DVD and BR) NOTE- Gwyneth Paltrow does her own singing in this movie and was nominated for an Academy Award for one of the songs!

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1: starring Daniel Radcliffe- SPECIAL FRIDAY RELEASE DATE: As Harry races against time and evil to destroy the Horcruxes, he uncovers the existence of three most powerful objects in the wizarding world: the Deathly Hallows. (DVD and Blu-Ray)

Summer in Genoa: starring Colin Firth and Catherine Keener- A man moves his two daughters to Italy after their mother dies in a car accident, in order to revitalize their lives. Genova changes all three of them as the youngest daughter starts to see the ghost of her mother, while the older one discovers her sexuality. (DVD)

Chasing 3000: starring Ray Liotta- Two brothers drive across country to see their hero, Roberto Clemente, get his 3000th hit. (DVD)

Farewell: starring Willem Dafoe and Diane Kruger- The French intelligence service alerts the U.S. about a Soviet spy operation during the height of the Cold War, which sets off an unfortunate chain of events. (DVD) (French w/ English subtitles)

Goodnight for Justice: starring Luke Perry- John Goodnight cannot forget the corrupt man who destroyed his family and he lives for a second chance encounter with the outlaw. (DVD)

Mask Maker: A lucky couple purchases a 19th century plantation home for pennies on the dollar. Determined to get rich quick, they invite their friends up for the weekend to celebrate their good fortune. It’s quickly apparent that the home’s former residents have not left and the unlucky youths suddenly find themselves running for their lives! (DVD)

The Sound of Mumbai: Take a trip to the slums of Mumbai to see what happens when a group of slum children stage a production of The Sound of Music with the backing of the Bombay Chamber Orchestra (Documentary) (DVD)

Summer Lover: Sappho, a newlywed American wife, with her husband on the Greek islands, goes through the pain of unrequited love to a young woman (DVD)

Wild Soccer Bunch: A family friendly soccer movie featuring a team of energetic kids (DVD)

The Tortured: starring Jesse Metcalfe- A couple’s life is destroyed when their only child is kidnapped and killed. Obsessed with revenge, the couple seizes an opportunity to kidnap the killer. (DVD)

FOR THE GAMERS:

Michael Jackson the Experience (For 360 Kinect)- The popular Michael Jackson game is finally being released for 360 Kinect! Dance and sing along to all of Michael Jackson’s greatest hits! Purchase this game and receive a special CD featuring several Michael Jackson songs!

Rio– Based on the movie of the same name, Rio allows gamers to play as their favourite character in a number of multiplayer party games!

Watch for Socom 4 to make its highly anticipated release on PS3 next week!
