SCHREIBER, ON – Wednesday, March 9th Books are for Eating Program continued at the Readers Roost as participants put on their brave faces to try something new, SUSHI! Not just any sushi of course but a dish they had made themselves. Most found it quite interesting though whether it was something they’d have again was not clear – none the less the group thouroughly enjoyed making this Japanese delicacy.
The Books are for Eating Program is provided by “The Northern Family Food and Fitness Revolution” Healthy Communities Fund sponsored by the Ministry of Health Promotion in partnership with The Family Place-Best Start Centre and the Schreiber Public Library.
