I have been obsessed with green/white tea and jumping jacks for the past 8 years, daily. Jumping jacks, gets your whole body moving, first thing in the morning, it wakes you up and starts your day off right. Green/white tea is rich in antioxidants, and has prevented me from getting ill as often as I used to. To receive the most benefits from your tea, try to become accustom to drinking it straight up. No sugar, no milk. At first, it bites you with a bittersweet taste, but after a few days you won’t mind so much. After a few weeks of feeling healthier and more energized, you certainly won’t mind at all.
This is for people who don’t have ‘time’ to work out. There really are no excuses. When you are just lounging around watching T.V. you can roll off the couch, and perform push ups or crunches. Even leaving a dumbbell or two in the sitting room, will have you motivated to do hammer curls, regular curls, triceps, and all kinds of other free weight exercises. Another tip is to not think of it as ‘working out’ just convince yourself about the benefits of strengthening your muscles, and in the long run, what it can do for you. Of course it is easier to be lazy, but is that the sort of life you want to lead? Summer is just around the corner, who wants to be in the house hiding behind a remote control or facebook, when you can be outside enjoying the beautiful weather with your family and friends.
In every day activities you can find a way to keep pumping, or doing something to keep up with moving your body. i.e. taking the stairs two at a time, always keeping your abs flexed, flexing your glutes while driving, standing or sitting. Remember you can perform exercises anywhere, anytime.
