Outdoor Skating Party for Manitouwadge Hockeyville
Come on Manitouwadge!!!
In case you haven’t heard the buzz around town yet, we are running for Kraft Hockeyville 2011.
First prize is $100,000…WOW!!!
We need your help to win this. All you have to do is write a story, it doesn’t have to be long, a couple of sentences will do. Upload a photo and you’re done. If you need ideas check us out on the Kraft Hockeyville website: http://www.cbc.ca/sports/hockey/hockeyville/home/en/index.shtml Just look for Manitouwadge in the list of Ontario communities!
Once you have done this, your name will automatically be entered in a local draw for several prizes, the main 2 being a NETBOOK and a FREE MINOR HOCKEY MEMBERSHIP for next season along with other prizes.
We are also having a decorate your door/window contest which again, do the same thing…write a short story, upload your photo and you’re done.

HOCKEYVILLE OUTDOOR COMMUNITY SKATING PARTY
There will be a skating party down at the beach on Wed. January 26th at 1:30pm-3:30pm.
Everyone is welcome and wear a hockey jersey if you have one, to show your support. No skates??…come on down anyway!
There will be free hot dogs, kool-aid and hot chocolate!

PLEASE WATCH FOR SNOWBANKS ON THE MANITOUWADGE LAKE AS WE WILL BE BUILIDING A LARGE SKATING RINK, FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY PLEASE USE CAUTION WHEN CROSSING THE LAKE.
