SNOWMOBILE COLLISION – CHARGE WITHDRAWN
HORNEPAYNE, ON – On December 6, 2010 it was reported that as a result of a snowmobile collision in Hornepayne which had occurred on December 3, 2010, 32 year old Shane MITCHELL of Hornepayne had been charged with “Drive While Disqualified” contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. As a result of further investigation and information received The OPP will not be proceeding with this charge. The incident remains under investigation and The OPP is requesting the public’s assistance in this matter. Anyone with any information is asked to call The OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crimestoppers.
