Franco-Terrace Grade 3 Student to have art featured in Policing Calendar

In 2010, Grade 3 students from 201 classes in 169 schools across Ontario were asked to design posters reflecting their perspectives of police officers at work and in the community. Thousands of posters were submitted, of which 38 had been selected to make up the 2011 Youth Perspectives of Policing Calendar.
Congratulations to Jessie Scott of École catholique Franco-Terrace who participated in the contest and whose poster was selected as a runner up; Jessie’s picture will appear in the 2011 youth calendar .
