WHITE RIVER, ON – On December 4, 2010 Superior East OPP in White River received numerous complaints that a male had been attempting to start fights with various people by calling names and making various gestures. As a result police located a male subject in the area and further investigation revealed that he was on conditions to keep the peace. As a result Steven PATCHESON age 57 of White River stands charged with “Failing to Comply with a Recognizance”. He will appear in Wawa Criminal Court on February 14, 2011.
