House Fire Investigation – Fort Frances
FORT FRANCES, ON – On October 31, 2010 at approximately 2:40 am, Fort Frances OPP and Fort Frances Fire Department responded to the report of a house fire at 407 Butler Avenue, Fort Frances.
The building consists of four apartments with the fire contained to the ground level. The fire was extinguished, all occupants were evacuated from the residence and no injuries were reported.
OPP are remaining at the scene and are continuing their investigation into the cause of the fire with the cooperation of the Ontario Fire Marshall’s Office. The Fire Marshall is expected to arrive on scene November 2, 2010.
