Letter to the Editor – Flu Clinics
Dear editor of ONN – Great service your daily paper provides to the public in the form of FLU SHOT INFO, schedule, location, time. All so clear and easy to find. I write from Nanaimo, BC, and have to admit that we have no such public notification here on the West Coast. For two weeks, I have been trying to find just this information from our free weeklies, to no avail. I happened upon one such clinic at a major grocery store last week, tried to find a place in line, but was told it was by appointment only, plus it was not “free” – there was a cost attached. I know there are some free, provincially-run flu clinics here, but try to find them! No way are their dates and locations printed up and so easily found as in your paper! Congratulations, ONN! Great little paper.
