WHITE RIVER, ON – The 2nd Annual Mayor’s Walk is being held Friday, November 5th, 2010 beginning at 8am to raise funds for residents requiring financial assistance for medical expenses; this year’s goal is $10,000.00.
Mayor Angelo Bazzoni and his staff invite you to join him as they walk to Crocker Lake and return to White River, to raise money for those residents of White River in need of financial support for medical expenses such as travel, motel stays, medical equipment or medicines not covered by a medical / drug plan / travel grant etc.
HOW TO GIVE
- Join the walk! Pledge sheets are available at White River’s Township Office
- Call the Township Office (807)822-2450 during regular business hours.
- Pledge by mail: Township of White River, PO Box 307, White River, Ontario P0M 3G0
- Pledge a donation to one of the walkers
