TERRACE BAY, ON – The 29th annual Terrace Bay Fall Fair was held on Sunday September 12th and had another great turnout. Approximately 700 people attended the event with visitors travelling from throughout Northwestern Ontario. Attendees enjoyed the regional crafts for sale as well as some fundraising and educational efforts of local community groups and non-profits.
Township of Terrace Bay recreation staff organizes the well attended event every year and said that this year’s event had similar numbers as last year’s. Staff also said the vendors they talked to were surprised at the excellent interest from visitors. An award was given to local vendor Leslie Josus for her creative display in selling her hand crafted jewelry. For more information on Terrace Bay visit www.terracebay.ca.
