New Forest Blog from NSFC
Stay Connected to the Forest!
The NSFC introduces an official blog to keep you up-to-date on the evolving forest industry
CHAPLEAU- The Northeast Superior Forest Community (NSFC) is providing you with a great way to learn more about everything forest related. The organization has created an official blog, From Root to Leaf: The NSFC Forest News that is linked to their corporate website, and is designed to be an informal space where residents of the Northeast Superior region and beyond can participate in discussions surrounding their local forests, the forest industry in Ontario, and related news from across Canada.
Jayme Crittenden, the NSFC’s Marketing and Communications Coordinator, believes the blog is a great addition to the organizations online presence, and is confident that the new forum will be a key tool in helping the public stay more informed about the forest issues that matter to them. “Our newly formed blog is another way for the NSFC to stay connected to you, allow you to comment on our initiatives and services, and to provide you with valuable information about the Northeast Superior region of Ontario, and the forest industry in the province” says Crittenden, “We will use it to broadcast events and contests taking place in the region, post images and video clips, and offer our positions on forest related topics. The opportunities for information sharing via this forum are endless!”
If you want to stay connected to your forest, you can follow the NSFC Blog by clicking on the NSFC Blog button on the organizations website homepage www.nsfc.ca , or by typing http://nsfc-blog.blogspot.com into your computer’s search bar.
The NSFC hopes that you will follow their blog, and join them in their efforts to search for innovation in the forest sector and promote the economic prosperity of the Northeast Superior region.
The NSFC Spring 2010 Newsletter is still available through the link to the right of this article until July 31st. Of course. OntarioNewsNorth.com will also continue to publish NSFC news headlines and press releases as they occur.
