Fatal Collision in Schreiber – Investigation Ongoing

(NIPIGON, ON.) –Nipigon and Schreiber Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) continue to investigate a motor vehicle collision that occurred late in the afternoon on Sunday July 11, 2010 on Hwy 17, Cavers Hill in the Township of Yesno. The driver of a motorcycle travelling west bound lost control causing the vehicle to leave the highway. The 57 year old male driver, Richard HARBIN of Auburn, Michigan died at the scene of the collision.
The 56 year old female passenger, also of Auburn Michigan, was transported to Thunder Bay Regional Health Science Centre for her injuries.
