COLLISION RESULTS IN SERIOUS INJURIES
(WHITE RIVER, ON.) – On July 2, 2010 at approximately 9:35 am Superior East OPP in White River were dispatched to a single vehicle roll-over on Highway 17 in HUNT TWP just south of White River. A northbound 2004 Elantra had lost control and rolled over in the west ditch. There were three occupants in the vehicle. The driver, a 22 year old male from SHERBROOKE, Quebec, sustained life threatening injuries as a result. Two male passengers both 22 years of SHERBROOKE, Quebec received minor injuries.
The three males were taken to Lady Dunn Health Sciences Centre in WAWA and the driver was subsequently flown to SUDBURY, Ontario for further treatment.
Names are not being released pending notification of next of kin.
