Pic Mobert Youths Charged with Theft

CHARGES LAID FOR WHITE LAKE PARK THEFTS
(MARATHON, ON.) –Marathon OPP have laid several charges after an ongoing investigation into break, enter and thefts that occurred at the White Lake Provincial Park campgrounds. The thefts occurred between May 18 and May 23, 2010.
Alannah SHAGANASH (age 19) from Pic Mobert, Robert GUGELYK (age 18) from Pic Mobert, and three other youths from Pic Mobert have been arrested and charged with the following charges.
- Theft Under $5000.00 from a Motor Vehicle
- Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000.00
- Break, Enter a Place
- Mischief Under $5000.00
All parties were released on conditions and are to return to Marathon Criminal Court July 22 and August 26, 2010 in regards to these charges.
