Officers Locate Lost Party of Five
Thunder Bay OPP Detachment
THUNDER BAY, ON – On Sunday, June 27th 2010 at approximately 2:50am, Thunder Bay OPP responded to a call advising of several young adults lost in the bush.
A 20 year old male contacted the Provincial Communications Centre and advised that he and four friends had went for a walk on a bush road n the Adrian Lake Road in Marks Township, and they were now lost and unable to find their way out.
Officers attended, activated the lights and sirens on the police cruiser in the hopes that the lost individuals would be able to see/hear where the Officers were located. Officers walked into the bush for about 1.5 kilometers and located the individuals safe and sound.
