Drugs seized by OPP
DRUG WARRANT EXECUTED ON A RESIDENCE RESULTS IN CHARGES
MANITOUWADGE, ON – On April 27th, 2010 the Manitouwadge/Marathon OPP in conjunction with the North West Region Drug Enforcement Team executed a search warrant under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act on a residence in Manitouwadge.
The execution f thee warrant resulted in charges to three residents of Manitouwadge. Charged were Dominic, GAGNON, male, age 35 and Carrie ROGERS, female age 34 with Possession of Cannabis Marihuana over 30 grams and Possession of Cannabis Resin over 1 gram, both contrary to Section 4(1) f the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. Norman LONG, male age 48 is charged with Possession of Cannabis Marihuana over 30 grams and Fail to comply with an Undertaking.
Over 30 grams of marihuana and a quantity fo cannabis resin, commonly known as “has oil” were seized.
