Terrace Bay – Schreiber Action Centre and Superior North CFDC Customer Service Training

Superior North CFDC partnered with the Terrace BaySchreiber Action Centre to offer Customer Service Training.  Participants took part in a two-day training seminar which will instruct in the critical skills needed to exceed customer service expectations.  This is one of many new training initiatives being offered by Superior North CFDC.  

Training sessions are available one-on-one, online, by video or n group settings.  There is now a new full course catalogue with over 20 online business training courses available for clients and businesses. Several group sessions are planned throughout the Superior North region for 2010.

A brand new video conference training opportunity is being explored and details will be announced soon.
