Quick dessert
Not sure if I’ve posted this one before as it is a favourite of Emeraude’s… She really gets a kick out of how you mix the whip cream into the jell-o but then it seperates again while cooling. Want a healthier version? add some fresh or canned fruit, almost any are delicious. There are a couple exceptions, I think pinneaple is a no-no and one other (I can’t remember right now but the box does tell you which fruit will spoil the gelatine).
P.S. this is such a fast recipe that you probably could’ve made it in the time it took to review this post!
