Ok, another very busy day (in spite of having less than adequate supplies of energy). The kids were a huge help. So was Vickie as she has been ever since my symptoms began coming back with a vengeance last week. She goes beyond giving me rides to the hospital and has been calling to arrange pick up (so nice as I don’t get the chance to feel awkward about calling) and does so repeatedly throughout the day – checking in to see when I next expect to go for pain meds.
So, I think photos will have to tell the story once again.
LOL, the sunshines in her back seat are wonderful to have along! They are a wonderful distraction from the pain, so full of joy and energy.
There's my driver π Kind, generous lady π
Emeraude having fun washing, 'bathing', her Curious George toothbrush holder.
scrub, scrub, scrub!
More 'bathing' of Curious George... Grandmaman found her a pair of small rubber gloves she is crazy about!
Squeaky clean. Great work Emeraude!
Lloyd with yet another cast. This one has given him alot of pain and he is having trouble accepting the things it's preventing him from doing.
New watercolours - part of our new homeschooling supplies from Grandmaman.
the creation begins! (tu travaille tellement bien ma belle fille)xo
these 'giant colouring books' are great for watercolour painting!
splatter painting with the toothbrush - too neat!
Posing with her masterpiece π
Lloyd making a salad to accompany the fish & chips supper he was busy baking for us π xo
Mmmmm.... Looking good Lloyd! Thank you xo
Emeraude & I start weeding the front flower beds while Lloyd is busy preparing supper.
More weeding π The rain didn't slow her down a bit!
The butterfly net was a treat from her friend's birthday party last week. Here she is using it as a metal detector! (clever, imaginative girl!)
My beautiful girl on the run catching 'butterflies' (well, imaginary ones lol)
