It’s no secret that I love Martha Stewart but this is even cooler than her usual crafts and a must make for us before Easter… The only question is wether to make them before or save them as our Easter Craft in case we make it to Macutagen as Lloyd has been trying to plan.
Emeraude & I prepared some eggs of our own this afternoon after lunch. She had a ton of fun blowing them out and we glued on some wood peices we found in the junk drawer as ears and noses so that if she wanted to paint them or add eyes when waking up the glue would be dry. These are TOO cute though (especially the carrotts, I’ve never seen that one) and I am releived to have found them today as Emeraude wanted an Easter gift for her teachers and I think this little decorative basket might be just the thing (I have a little basket filled with a variety of inexpensive bath products that we choose from when in need of little gifts of this sort and I think there could be something we could add to the basket to top it off).
I am SO stoked to show her this craft as I like crafts that she can really do herself (it’s not the same if a grown up is doing most of the assembly and so I am not fond of things that require hot glue guns or intricate cutting) and she prefers crafting independantly as well.
