Easter & MS
Today was a great day. Easter morning was nice (Lloyd took a bit of video – will try to get it posted soon), our egg hunt was awesome and I took many photos (same as the video I will try to get these posted asap).
The kids and I went to the Lion’s beach playground as the Easter Bunny had given them cans of silly spray in their baskets and they had both been very eager to get outside and have a play fight lol… afterwards we made a couple deliveries (yummy chocolate covered egg treats the 3 of us made and some decorated eggs or chickies in eggs that Emeraude made) to Emeraude’s paternal great-aunts/uncles and cousins then went to enjoy Easter supper @ the Grandparents.
I still can’t believe that I failed to get photos of the kids dressed for church this morning as Lloyd had chosen his clothes really well and looked very handsome and Emeraude wore her new dress from her godparents, tante Nancy & uncle Anders and looked equally beautiful. I’m hoping they may be willing to put it all back on tomorrow for a quick photo op lol. fingers crossed.
As for the multiple sclerosis. I went to the hospital tonight, after we brought Lloyd to his badminton practice (we watched him play for a while – WOW! – and I also had the opportunity to speak with his coach Mr.Pitman which was nice, always nice to ‘be in the loop’ of things Lloyd is involved with especially since he is travelling to Geraldton for NSSSAA Tuesday) Emeraude joined me as I went to the hospital for pain meds (bone pain had become more than I could handle and my joints were extremely painful as well). Thankfully there was no problem getting the order, dilaudid + toredol, and a fast & friendly nurse was working. I am uncertain if this is a result of overdoing it this week or if the steroids have just run their course. Only time will tell I guess. I pray for strength .
Anyhow, I’m exhausted and must get some rest. Will try to get photos posted tomorrow as well as blog more about our day & weekend (went to ‘the movies’ at the h.school saturday, watched bedtime stories starring Adam Sandler) asap.

Emeraude noticed that she had found more eggs than Lloyd and without hesitating started dumping some of hers into his bucket. It was so touching and we were both very proud of her! Lloyd sure felt special xo
