eating
Ok, so… haven’t done very well so far with self-control and efforts I should be making to maintain the weight I’m now at. Friday I couldn’t resist the strawberries & chocolate, last night there was cake mix & salsa w/burger (don’t even like salsa usually it just had so many flavours and I made nachos for Lloyd and friend and polished off the extra sauce)…
I really hope I get better at this. I did grab a few grapes last night instead of the raw sugar cookies I wanted and I guess that’s a 1st step. It’s just really dificult after not tasting anything for so long (literally as I just did not eat other than a bowl of cereal every couple days or so and maybe in the first couple months a Sunday meal at my parents’ house which would fuel me for the week).
Anyone with ideas about how I can somehow enjoy eating a little by cutting out other foods or what might be a ‘normal’ consumption for a woman my size (not in calories but maybe in quantities) that would be great! (I’m 5’7; 131lbs and think that’s probably close to ideal for me as I still have meat on my bones – plenty in some places lol).
