RED ROCK, ON – St Hilary School and the School Council hosted a Science North Planetarium Program on Tuesday, October 30th in the gymnasium. Students were enthralled with the planetarium programs offered throughout the day! They saw the surface of Mars, the inside of the rings of Saturn, the constellations and some unbelievable light, action and sound events journeying through the planets and moons of our cosmic neighbourhood.
Families were invited and 85 people visited the planetarium later in the evening.
St. Hillary School wanted to offer some sincere thank you’s:
- Thank you to Science North for bringing this amazing experience to our school.
- Thank you to the School Council for supporting this event.
- Thank you to all of the students and families who participated in this cosmic journey!
